What does it cost?
Pricing is per square foot and depends on deck size and condition. We send your estimate after you submit the form and email us a couple photos — no in-person visit needed.
How long does it actually take?
Quick turnaround, start to finish. Clean Only is a single day. Clean + Seal is two days — one to clean, one to seal after the wood dries. We keep it fast, but we never rush the seal — drying time is drying time.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the backyard. Most customers are at work when we show up and come home to a finished deck.
What if it rains?
We monitor the forecast and will contact you 24 hours ahead if we need to shift your date. Sealing on a wet deck is something we'll never do — it ruins the finish.
Will it actually look good enough to host on?
That's the only thing we do. If you're not ready to have people over, we come back and fix it. No charge.
Do you do fences or furniture?
Yes — send us an email or text and we'll get back to you. We handle decks, fences, and outdoor wood furniture.
